At Crumbs and Chaos, we know that every family home is different. That's why our cleaning services are designed to give you the right level of support for your home and your family's needs.

Essential Clean

​

General Areas (living room, bedrooms, hallways):

  • Dusting surfaces (furniture, shelves, etc.)

  • Vacuuming or sweeping and mopping floors

  • Wiping down light switches and door handles

  • Making beds (if requested)

Kitchen:

  • Wiping countertops and benches

  • Cleaning the sink and taps

  • Wiping exterior of appliances (fridge, microwave, oven)

  • Cleaning the stovetop

  • Sweeping and mopping the floor

  • Emptying bins

Bathroom(s):

  • Clean and disinfect toilet, sink, and taps

  • Wiping mirrors

  • Scrubbing the shower/bathtub

  • Wiping down tiles and surfaces

  • Mopping floor

Parent Helper

 

General Areas (Living room, Bedrooms, Hallways):

  • Vacuuming or sweeping and mopping floors

  • Wiping exterior of appliances (Fridge, Microwave, Oven)

  • Cleaning the stovetop

  • Sweeping and mopping the floor 

  • Emptying bins 

Bathroom(s):

  • Clean and disinfect toilet, sink, and taps

  • Wiping mirrors

  • Scrubbing the showers/bathtub

  • Wiping down tiles and surface

  • Mopping floor

Extras :

  • Tidy of play area

  • Wipe marks of walls in kid’s area if I can

  • One laundry basket of of clean laundry folded

Deep Clean

Whole House:

  • Dusting all surfaces, including shelves, skirting boards, and furniture

  • Wiping doors, handles, light switches, and power points

  • Removing cobwebs from ceiling corners

  • Cleaning light fixtures and ceiling fans

  • Vacuuming carpets and rugs (including under furniture, if accessible)

  • Mopping all hard floors

  • Emptying and wiping rubbish bins

  • Spot cleaning walls

Kitchen:

  • Deep clean of stovetop and range hood

  • Clean inside oven and microwave

  • Wipe inside and outside of cupboards

  • Clean inside fridge

  • Clean backsplash

  • Clean under and behind movable appliances (if accessible)

Bathrooms:

  • Clean and disinfect toilet, sink,

  • Clean and disinfect showers and/or bathtubs

  • Clean mirrors, glass, and chrome

  • Remove mould and limescale from tiles and grout

  • Clean inside cabinets and drawers

  • Mop and disinfect floors

Bedrooms/Living Areas:

  • Dust and wipe all furniture

  • Clean under the bed (if accessible)

  • Make beds (if fresh linen is provided) 

Move in/out Clean

Kitchen:

  • Benchtops cleaned and sanitised

  • Sink and taps 

  • Cooktop / Splashback 

  • Outside of appliances wiped

  • Oven cleaned

  • Rangehood and filters cleaned where accessible

  • Cupboard and drawer fronts and inside

  • Pantry shelves wiped

  • Floors vacuumed and mopped

Bathrooms & Toilets:

  • Clean and disinfect toilets

  • Showers and baths 

  • Shower screens

  • Tiles cleaned

  • Deep Cleaning of grout

  • Basins and vanities cleaned

  • Taps polished

  • Mirrors 

  • Cupboards and drawers wiped inside and out

  • Floors vacuumed and mopped

Bedrooms & Living Areas:

  • Doors and door frames wiped

  • Wardrobes cleaned inside

  • Shelves and drawers wiped

  • Window sills and tracks cleaned

Whole House:

  • Cobweb removal

  • Detailed dusting

  • Doors and door frames cleaned

  • Light switches wiped

  • Accessible skirting boards cleaned

  • Window sills and tracks cleaned

  • Marks spot cleaned from walls where suitable

  • Floors thoroughly vacuumed

  • Hard floors mopped

  • Spotclean walls and ceiling 

  • Skirtings wiped 

Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to be happy with your clean! If there is something we've missed or you're not satisfied with an area we've cleaned, please let us know within 24 hours of your service. We'll happilty return and re-clean the missed area at no extra charge.

Please note that our satisfaction guarantee applies to areas included in your booked service and does not cover pre-existing damage, stains that cannot be removed through normal cleaning, or areas that were inaccessible at the time of cleaning.
